For any PADI diving course it is essential to complete a simple Medical Form which you can download here. As a 'recreational' Search and Recovery Diver you will have the ability, and the knowledge to methodically search for and recover objects underwater. You will become a valuable diving companion to someone who may have lost, or dropped a piece of equipment or even an anchor! The course increases your dive experience and enables you to conduct a search using search patterns and compasses, as well as successfully lifting a small object using a lift bag from the bottom. The course is conducted at the weekend with four dives over the two days. During each dive you will perform simple search and recovery related tasks and learn how to perform important search and recovery skills.
